how to store a car for 8 months?

Submitted: Wednesday, Mar 07, 2001 at 00:00

We will travel around australia in a Troopy (which well sell afterwards). In the mean time, we want to store our Jeep Wrangler (4.0L petrol, automatic) for the full 8 months. We want to find out what we need to do to make sure that the mechanics survive this period. Do we need to drain fuel, oil? Or just top up? We have no clue...
THanks for any help!
