The way I see it is that the people who manufacture or resell lubrication additves or petrochemical additives are pandering to the emotions of a minority of machinery owners who are purists in their ambition to get the ultimate return from the operation of their machinery. Whether these product are better than the run of the mill everyday used by all and sundry products has to be proven beyond reasonable doubt.

As such these manufacturers and resellers put exhorbitant prices on their products to make the customer think that he/she is getting a better quality product.

I, for one, am a non believer in these products.

If I remember correctly the claims for the oil additive are similar to that made by Castrol for Magnatec. BiTron has been around long before Magnatec of course. Castrol obviously thinks there is something to this molecular attraction stuff..

This seems to be the best test, because as I understand it, over there they can't make those sort of claims unless they can prove them to be scientifically correct.

The same can be said for Hiclones and all the plethorae of other add-ons and gizmos.

None of these additive manufacturers can supply independent irrefutable evidence their products do anything else than make your wallet lighter. In the large majority of cases additives today break down the lubrication qualities of modern oils. You would have no idea if the additive you want to put in the oil is compatible with the additives in the oil companies oil.
