Nissan Patrol GQ fuel tank
Submitted: Wednesday, Jan 01, 2003 at 00:00

We are in the process of buying a 2.8ltr turbo diesel GQ Patrol and nobody seems to be able to tell me what size fuel tank was standard in this model. I was told by the seller it is 65 ltrs but that seems a little small for a Patrol. Can anyone help me please? Thanks

Majority were 95 ltrs, but some were 65ish.. How to tell, is look under the car or fill it up is about all...
please test drive it lots before you buy it! 2.8 is no rocket ship..

Why do you continuosly bag the 2.8 Truckster? They are not that bad. Drove the old mans one heeps and yes it was not rocket ship but is a 4X4 surpsed to be? They are good value for money and will do everything your 4.2 will do. With a few more rev's yes but using a lot less fuel and costing a lot less to maintain the engine. Stop bagging the 2.8.
