Birdsville Races

Does anyone know what the camping fees will be at Birdsville Races this year - per car/person? We are planning to stay for about 3 nights - last time I was there for the races was in 1996.

Hello Bob, thanks for your query. The fees at the Caravan Park are $5.50 per person per night unpowered. You'll be pleased to know we've planted 2,500 trees since 1997 and there is water in the Billabong to give you waterviews from your campsite. Added to that the weather is very nice, about 7 deg overnight and maybe 24 deg during the day. With any luck there won't be any dust storms - but you never can tell - just adds to the excitement.
