Thanks to all for responses to my first post, I appreciate your comments and stories. Please anyone continue, if you have anything else to add. Especially if you can compare you impression of the conditions to other tracks. To David & ExplorOz Team, thanks, and yes, I had read the notes, and they are a great thing that you offer us. Nonetheless, we all have different approaches, and expectations. I had heard on the grapevine that it is an "easy drive", but didn't really trust that. Obviously, conditions change over time, and I especially value comments which state when people travelled. By the way, I am contemplating travelling west to east in early July in a 2001 model Jackaroo turbo diesel. If I am not breaking the rules, my personal email is at stuart@need4speed.com
