oziexplorer question

I have just got my oziexplorer CDrom and have loaded it ok , I already had Natmap raster 250k installed ,will this be automatically configured or will I still have to do it ? I am also waiting to install
Holland track
CD rom will this be auto configured or do I do it myself ?Born to drive a 4x4 , not a keyboard

You will find al the map files for the natmap CD (you can also do it through the CD but with errors.
The ones on the site are better.

Peter, try www.gpsoz.com.au They provide the files plus heaps of information on what you need to do. Have a look at the "OziExplorer Users" page on the GPSOZ site. They are also very friendly and helpful folk.
Also, try the Yahoo OziExplorer group. There's some really helpful info and advice to be had there.Be good, or be quick.

there is a folder call maps, create a folder there called natmap or whatever and then go to file (on oziexplorer) and go to "change image file name, path and drive and tell it where to find the CD.
Alternativelly you can copy the contents of both CDs under the same
directory
and it will work fine
The later is what I do as it works faster.

replied: Make shore the port you use for GPS is set to Bi Directional not ECP or it will drive you crazy wondering why the mouse moves by itself, happened to me took 2 days & some ideas from this site to figure out the cause
