Hema Australian Outback Map
Submitted: Friday, May 02, 2003 at 20:52

Was listening to ABC Radio whilst barrelling back in the Commodore from Portagutta today about the NEW Australian Outback Map. It apparently has many new features in it and shows a lot of favourite trek routes throughout the whole of the outback. Does anyone have knowledge of this map? Is it available on CD? Will it be stocked in the
shop
? So many questions. Suppose I should go to the Hema website.
Cheers, Willem

replied: I must be in a vortex or a time warp somewhere. Went to the Hema website and found that the map I have mentioned was produced last year for the Year of the Outback. I am certain that the bloke from Hema said that it was a new map. Hmmmmm....hearing not so good any more. Old age creeping up steadily:-))))

And then publishing it on the internet is a further sign of loose screws. Oh well, at least I am in good company:-)))
