Terranno door Transfers.
Submitted: Sunday, Jun 01, 2003 at 01:48
Derric
Lodged an inquiry on April 18th re removal of transfers on my Terranno doors.
Thanks to, Chopper, Bob Y, Dave & Rob who answered with solutions.
Removed the transfers successfully using the wifes hair drier. After experimenting on the first door was able to peel the transfers off in long strips. Unfortunately the drier is now cactus, it was about time I bought her a new one anyway. Used turps to remove the glue with the help of a soft plastic scraper, tedious but worked well.
The Terranno now sports a white silver strip on each side.
Apology for the delay in posting a closer, been recuperating after a spell in hospital.
Thanks & regards.
Derric.

Hope your Wife wasn't the one to put you in hospital, Derric, pleased to hear you're on the go again. The new dryer will keep the peace now, I'd expect. Good to hear that the advice worked too.
Recently cashed in a vehicle, and used eucalyptus oil to remove the glue from Company stickers, as suggested by Dave or Rob. Worked real well, with little effort. Hooroo...
