Has anyone got any info
on the road
from
Broome
to
Barred Creek
, Coulombo Point Nature Reserve, can you drive right through along the west coast to Beagle Bay or do you have to come back out onto the main track, and does anyone know the
camping
fees for Kooljaman Resort and is it possible to do any bush
camping
in the area, any information on the area at all would be appreciated.

Barred Creek
, Coulumb Point road as far as I'm aware does not go right the way through to Beagle Bay but I would have to double check that. Pretty sure it ends up on Aboriginal land.
Might get back to you later

Last time we were up that way a few years ago this was what we found:
Road from
Broome
to
Barred Creek
and
Coulomb Point
is easy. Nice wide track although it can get pretty boggy after rain, but rest of the time pretty straightforward and very scenic from Barred Ck onwards.
There is free bush
camping
at Barred Ck and Quondong Point, can't recall about Coulomb but tourist info centre in
Broome
will be able to tell you. Main attraction at Barred Ck is the
fishing
and crabbing. Quondong Point is very scenic with lovely beaches beneath volcanic rock shelf. The rock means you can't camp above the beach but if you move back about 300 metres to the tree-line there is good
camping
with some shade.
Allan is correct about access from Coulomb to Beagle Bay. It is restricted but if you contact Beagle Bay you may be able to organise access which is what we did. However, due to minimal use we found this part of the track extremely overgrown and very narrow. After torturing the paintwork for a few km's, then walking ahead for another 500 metres or so, there was no sign of any improvement so we decided to give it a miss.
Hope this helps.
