replied: TAKE THE TINNIE! The
fishing
is disappointing in these areas by land. Take the tinnie and do your research. There is are excellent
fishing
websites now which should help as well as dropping into the local tackle shops along your way for local info. If I had my 2yrs trip again, we would take the tinnie - we didn't and we really missed a great opportunity. If your boat is easy to get off your rig and you think you'll use it, even if just for a 2 day stop, then take it. Just don't make using it a hassle is they only tip i'd give. Drop us a fresh fish when you pass by
