Would someone be able to give me step by step instructions to adjust the handbrake on a 96 Prado?

replied: Yep!
But you'll need to join the Prado group:
Go to http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/90series/
In the files section,
technical
folder, you'll find a full description of this procedure.

Peter,
Trythis also: www.lcool.org/index.html. Click on
technical
and if you go to 80 series section, it'll show you how to do that handbrake. Imagine they are same principle. Is done by Norm Needham, bit of a fourby guru.

Also you can join LCOOL Prado
