In Cape Arid National Park, all roads, campgrounds and facilities are open, with the exception of Thomas River Campground, Len Otte Nature Trail and Boolenup Walk, which will remain closed until further notice.

Rough 4x4 track that goes past Mt Ragged. Southern part of this track has soft sand, clay sections that hold water for a long time and 10km of limestone rock. Impassable when wet.

Fisheries Road to Israelite Bay
Caution
4x4 track. From edge of farmland to Israelite Bay 62km. Soft sand and clay sections that hold water for a long time make this track a difficult track to travel.

Parmango Road
Caution
From Condingup to Balladonia is OPEN.
CAUTION: From Balladonia to Deralinya Homestead is rough and cut up. The southern end is very rocky and has many bulldust potholes near Nanambinia station.
There is a dangerous Rock hole just south of the old Deralinya H/S on the Parmango road. Several vehicles have rolled over on this hazardous section of the road.

Thomas River Road
Closed
The roads into Thomas River in Cape Arid National Park have been closed due to the current re-sheeting of unsealed roads which were affected by storm damage some time ago.
The situation will be monitored by DEC and reopened when conditions improve and safe unsealed road access can be provided.

PLEASE NOTE
- Caravans are not permitted due to narrow and corrugated roads.
- Due to storms the park is currently closed - awaiting updates from ranger.
- Conditions rapidly change in this area, travel times can be slow, to avoid disapointment please call ahead
